Registration
- There are several options for registration, which include registration for the physical presenter, online presenter, physical attendee, online attendee, and invited speaker. Please read the description for each option.
- Please choose the CORRECT Event:Option for your case.
- The paper is now marked as Registered, but not paid.
- You can now proceed with payment by following the instructions below.
Payment
The e-payment is preferable to be made through the USM EZConf portal. The e-payment link will be visible upon completion of registration. Here is the link to the EZConf portal: EZConf
For payments that are made using the USM EZConf site, participants are not required to take any additional steps; the system will immediately record the transaction details. A payment receipt will be created automatically upon completion.
For payment to be made through other methods, the participants must upload proof of payment (including the reference number) to the USM EZConf site.
All fees are to be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or US Dollar (USD)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Once you have registered for this conference, cancellation can be made no later than 45 days before the conference start date. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund minus the transaction fees if applicable. Cancellation made less than 45 days before the conference will not be refunded.
- Cancellation can be made by writing to the RoViSP2025 conference secretariat provided in this website. Phone call will not be entertained.
- Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and the paper will not be considered for publication in the conference proceeding. If the presenter is not able to deliver the presentation and wish to replace with someone else who is in the list of authors of the paper, a prior written notification should be made to the conference secretariat.
- If due to unforeseen circumstances that the RoViSP2025 has to be cancelled, registration fees will be refunded in full. This does not include any other additional cost such as travelling and lodging.
- The refund process may take up to 90 days after the conference date.
