Author Video Instructions

As part of the virtual RoViSP2021 conference procedure, every presenter is required to prepare and upload a video of his/her presentation. This pre-recorded presentation will be available in the virtual session along with the abstract in the RoViSP2021 website. This will help to promote the visibility of the authors’ research, as well as, to encourage the technical discussions on the paper during the conference.

Please note that the pre-recorded presentation, together with the live presentation in the scheduled live session, will be considered as the presenter’s attendance at the conference and is a requirement for the paper to be published in Springer.

The video should be in an mp4 format (more details below) and should consist of a brief introduction of the presentation with the camera turned on to clearly show the presenter’s face, followed by narrated slides presentation. Video in PowerPoint format or PDF files will not be accepted.

In order to fit into the conference schedule, the video of the presentation and live demonstration must not be longer than 15 minutes.
